Fung Doe Duk was a legendary, high-ranking instructor from the Shil Lum Temple in China. Among five remarkable Chinese martial artists who survived the temple’s destruction, he later established the powerful art of White Tiger Kung Fu.

Fung Doe Duk Jow is an expertly balanced, eclectic formula featuring blood-invigorating ingredients, wind-damp herbs, and Yang tonics. This subtle blend is designed to be an effective training hand jow, with results proven through long-term use.

I personally used Fung Doe Duk Jow for many years during my martial arts training and breaking demonstrations—using stacks clay-fired, red Roman bricks and coconuts as targe medium. During that time, I broke thousands of red Roman pavers and coconuts without serious injury. As the old saying goes, “It’s a tough nut to crack”—and in this case, the coconut truly is that nut.
