Yīng Zhǎo Pài Jow (Traditional Hand-Training Formula)

Yīng Zhǎo Pài is a traditional jow developed for Chinese martial styles such as Eagle Claw and Chin Na, which are known for joint locks, gripping techniques, throws/takedowns, and pressure-point methods. Because these styles emphasize both gripping and striking during training, Yīng Zhǎo Pài was created with that kind of hand conditioning in mind.

Yīng Zhǎo Pài is a modified Shaolin formula (Shaolin Nine Tigers) suited for practitioners who train styles focused on gripping, squeezing, twisting, joint-focused work, and gouging—especially where hand strength and conditioning matter. It is also commonly used as part of contact-training routines involving repeated striking of solid targets, such as Iron Palm-style training.

Great for: adding to any martial arts practice that incorporates joint-locking and hand-conditioning training.
